The map features a river, a lake, and a large stream running through it, adding to the visual and functional depth. With 34 purchasable fields and 5 forestry areas, it caters to both crop farming and logging enthusiasts. A unique custom sugar beet piler factory enhances the sugar beet harvesting process, providing an authentic Michigan-inspired touch.

• Terrain: Mostly flat with rolling hills, valleys, and ditches, mimicking Michigan’s diverse geography.
• Farms: 4 pre-designed farms (Eastern, Southern, Western, Central) – Land must be bought to access or sell buildings.
• Fields: 34 purchasable fields, averaging 19.86 acres each, offering a range of sizes for different farming scales.
• Forestry: 5 purchasable forestry areas for logging activities.
• Water Sources: Water available at the town water tower for a small fee.
