Realistic Worker Costs for FS25 - this mod adds realistic ongoing wage costs for hired workers, making farm management more challenging and strategic by introducing proper labor expenses into your farming operation.

Changelogs

Changes in v1.0.9.5:
- Your Payment Strategy and Compensation Tier settings now stick after a save and reload. They were resetting to defaults because the mod read its settings too early, before the savegame was ready.
- Renamed Cost Mode to Payment Strategy and Wage Level to Compensation Tier in the Wage Settings tab.
- Removed the duplicate row labels under each section header so the tab reads cleaner.

How to install «Realistic Worker Costs v1.0.9.5 for FS25»

  1. Download the modClick a download link below and save the .zip file to your computer.
  2. Open the mods folderGo to My Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2025 > mods. Create it if it doesn't exist.
  3. Copy the .zip fileMove the downloaded .zip straight into the mods folder. Do not extract it.
  4. Launch FS25Start Farming Simulator 25, open Mods in the menu, find «Realistic Worker Costs v1.0.9.5 for FS25» and enable it.
  5. PlayStart a new save or load an existing one. The mod is now active. Enjoy! 🌾
Tip: only use mods made for FS25 / Farming Simulator 25. FS22 or older mods may cause crashes.
